Close enough to town to be able to stroll there whenever you feel like it, yet far enough away to enjoy the tranquillity of the wonderful countryside all around, this is a great place for a family holiday.

The villa is very private and secluded – down a long, gated garden-drive off the road to Cala San Vicente. It's surrounded by beautiful, family-friendly gardens full of flowers, trees and shrubs, and a pool, with great views of trees and mountains.

The accommodation consists of a superbly furnished lounge/dining room with its beamed ceiling and feature fire place (wood burning stove) gives off an air of elegance. Huge windows and patio doors open out onto the front covered terrace and spacious lawns, affording complete privacy and lovely views of the mountains beyond. The kitchen has lots of storage space in fitted cupboards and appliances including a dishwasher. There's a separate laundry area off from the kitchen and a bathroom.
An inner hall leads to the light and bright bed-rooms with lovely views of the property and the mountains. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite and the others share a lovely separate full bathroom.

There are lots of well designed outside spaces at the villa, with a shady covered terrace around two sides of the house and it is plenty of comfortable garden furniture. A wonderful brick built barbeque kitchen is located at the rear terrace and ensures that dinning al-fresco is a real pleasure. Finally there is a tennis table for your added enjoyment.
